Build the habit of running into your life with a 9-week challenge. This gentle intro will help you do it the right way, ultimately reaching a level of consistency you’ll be able to maintain long after the 9 weeks are up. Before you start, If you're new to running, it's okay to take walk breaks. The point is to get out there and make it a habit!
